ViperChill.com Glen Allsopp VIP Niche Ideas The Vault

How I came across ViperChill.com

I’ve had some success making money online through building websites but I’ve always wanted to do more and continue to grow and learn.  So one day, after coming up with some ideas for this site, NineOfSpades.com, I did a google search for something related to a checklist for things to do when starting a new WordPress blog because most of my sites up to this point were Drupal and I had decided to switch to WordPress.

The article that I came across was 24 Things I Do When Launching A New Blog.  The article was very informative and I liked that it was advanced ideas written in a way that made sense.  From there I started browsing the site.

About ViperChill.com

ViperChill.com is a blog that covers viral marketing, search engine optimization, blogging advice, and offers niche ideas.  What I like best about ViperChill.com is that Glen, the author, writes in a way that is very informative, when he covers a topic he tries to cover it in entirety from an advanced but no BS approach, and connects with the reader through strong headlines and story telling type writings.

Glen is a young (now 23) online entrepreneur who has been making money online since he was only 15 years old.

The Best Resources at ViperChill.com

After reading my first article at ViperChill.com I spent the next few days reading dozens of articles on the site that I found interesting.  I learned a lot and eventually joined the newsletter and purchased his product.

Here are the Top 6 articles that I found most helpful/useful/entertaining:

The newsletter is also a great resource.  Inside the newsletter you will get content that isn’t published anywhere else online.  The content consists mostly of niche ideas that Glen offers free for anyone to use.  The bad thing about these niche ideas is that I’m sure thousands of people are getting them so you won’t be the only one if you choose to act on one of the ideas.

Biggest Takeaways from ViperChill.com

There are a couple of HUGE takeaways that I got from ViperChill.com that I will be implementing on this blog and in my other online ventures.

Takeaway #1 – You MUST Connect with your Readers through Uniqueness and Storytelling

The main reason Glen eventually got a sale out of me was because on that first blog post of his that I read I learned something (he answered my questions) but I also felt like he was talking to me.  He connected through his writing because he was unique (longer posts, advanced but no BS) and he answered my questions while telling a story and keeping me engaged in his post.

Takeaway #2 – Post Titles are So Important to Getting Traffic

After I read that first post of his I went on to read more articles on the site.  Every article that I chose to read had VERY creative titles that caught my attention.  The titles were the thing that got me to say “Oh, this might be a good one!”  Next thing you know I’m 1,000 words into the post learning new shit.

Takeaway #3 – Minimal Design and Maximum Direction

As you’ll see on ViperChill.com it has a very minimalist design.  There really isn’t a whole lot going on.  But what that does is makes it easier to steer the reader to where you want them to go.  If there is a lot of stuff going on in the site the reader can click on many different things and go many different routes.  But if there is only one way for them to go, then there is more of a chance that they will go that way.  It also made me feel like I had a chance to digest the information.

Takeaway #4 – There must be a Reason to Join the Newsletter

I really like that all the content in the newsletter is original and can’t be found anywhere else.  That means you HAVE to join the newsletter to see that stuff.  On my most successful site, my newsletter has repurposed content.  It works, but I wonder how much better it would be if I made it absolutely necessary to join because I provide only original content through it.  I will be implementing that soon on that site and for sure will be that way on this site.

Takeaway #5 – Making Sales without Selling

I didn’t even know Glen had a product that he sold until two weeks after I found his blog.  It was mentioned in one of his emails (like his 5th or 6th email I think) and of course, now being a fan of the site, I purchased the product the first time he mentioned it.  He never did any hard selling.  He hooked me from the beginning, MADE me join the newsletter for more great unpublished content, and then just mentioned his product and I jumped at the opportunity because up until that point everything that he had promised and the content he delivered was phenomenal.

Review of The Vault by Glen Allsopp and Diggy Dirk of VIPNicheIdeas.com

Although “The Vault” really isn’t on ViperChill.com and Glen has a partner Diggy in this project, I still wanted to give my review of it here because I found out about it through ViperChill.com.

The Vault offers in depth case studies, niche ideas, funnel strategies, a challenge, and access to a private Facebook Group.

I purchased The Vault about a week ago.  It took me two days to go through it all (only a couple hours in total though) and I learned some stuff that I am currently implementing.

I paid $150 for access to The Vault and Facebook Group.  Overall I am happy with my purchase.  I don’t think it is everything I’ve ever wanted/needed out of a making money online product, but for $150 I was happy.  I think you get your value back from the Facebook Group alone and having access to Glen, Diggy, and a bunch of other online entrepreneurs who are happy to help.

I think The Vault would be most helpful to beginners and intermediates.  Although it can provide some value to more advanced online entrepreneurs as well.  The way I look at it is if you take one big thing away from this product then you’ve got your money’s worth, so I definitely recommend it.

In Conclusion

I definitely recommend checking out ViperChill.com for yourself because although I’ve provided you with my favorite articles, there may be some that are more interesting/helpful to you.  I will continue to follow Glen for as long as he keeps writing.
